Alarm Response, Keyholding and Chaperone Service

Fidelis Security provides keyholding and alarm response services across Surrey.

Our business and residential customers can rest assured that a fully trained and licensed security professional will attend when an intruder alarm is activated.

We hold keys securely until they are needed. On receiving a call from your alarm monitoring station, we'll assign one of our mobile units to respond immediately.

At your premises, our response officers will look for signs of damage or forced entry before gaining access to the building.

If we detect a crime, we will liaise with the Police and assist them where necessary, relieving you of much of the administrative burden associated with a break-in. Our officers are forensically aware and will make sure that potential evidence is undisturbed.

Once the on-site investigation is complete we will secure your premises, using one of our own Locksmiths to make repairs or board up if necessary.

In any event a member or our response team will remain on site until we can re-secure and alarm your property

Keyholder chaperone

SECURITY FENCE

Our keyholder chaperone service provides protection for employees when companies wish to keep keys and alarm codes within their own organization.

Some companies wish to keep keys and alarm codes within their own organization and cannot, therefore, use our keyholding service. For these customers, our mobile response officers act as chaperones to employee keyholders, providing expert risk assessment, looking for signs of damage or forced entry before gaining access to the building and making sure that potential evidence is undisturbed.

We also provide fully qualified chaperones for vulnerable employees, including local council enforcement officers and NHS doctors called on to deal with individuals who have previously been aggressive or violent.
