Alarm Response, Keyholding & Chaperone Service

Fidelis Security provides keyholding and alarm response services. Our business and residential contract customers can rest assured that a fully trained and licensed security professional will attend when an intruder alarm is activated.

We hold keys under security seal until they are needed. On receiving a call from your intruder alarm monitoring station, we'll assign one of our mobile units to respond immediately.

At your site, our mobile response officers will look for signs of damage or forced entry before gaining access to the building.

If we detect a crime, we will liaise with the Police and assist them where necessary, relieving you of much of the administrative burden associated with a break-in. Our officers are forensically aware and will make sure that potential evidence is undisturbed.

Once the on-site investigation is complete, we will secure your premises where necessary, using our in house team of boarders.

Fidelis Security will respond fast to solve your security challenge.
